Recipe Description

Healthy ladoos made of sweet potato must try

Ingredients:-

  • Sweet potatoes (shakkarkand), boiled, peeled and mashed – 3 no
  • Ghee – 1 tbsp
  • Cashewnuts, chopped – 1 tbsp
  • Almonds, chopped – 1 tbsp
  • Pistachios, chopped – 1 tbsp
  • Khoya/mawa – 1 cup

 

Method:-

  1. Heat ghee in a non-stick kadai. Add cashew nuts, almonds, pistachios and sauté lightly.
  2. Add khoya and mix well. Add sweet potato and mix well.
  3. Transfer into a bowl.
  4. Shape into even sized laddoos and serve.
