Healthy ladoos made of sweet potato must try
- Sweet potatoes (shakkarkand), boiled, peeled and mashed – 3 no
- Ghee – 1 tbsp
- Cashewnuts, chopped – 1 tbsp
- Almonds, chopped – 1 tbsp
- Pistachios, chopped – 1 tbsp
- Khoya/mawa – 1 cup
- Heat ghee in a non-stick kadai. Add cashew nuts, almonds, pistachios and sauté lightly.
- Add khoya and mix well. Add sweet potato and mix well.
- Transfer into a bowl.
- Shape into even sized laddoos and serve.
