A quick snack perfect for bachelors using Chings Schezwan Chutney

Ingredient                              Quantity

Pav                                           8 no.

Schezwan Chutney                   ½ cup

Farsaan Mixture                      1½ cup

Butter                                       2 tbsp

Cheese slice                             4 no.

 

Method:

  1. Slit Open the pav from the center. Apply the Schezwan chutney.
  2. Now stuffed it with farsaan Mixture.
  3. Heat the tawa and place the pav on it.
  4. Apply butter and toast it.
  5. Now place the cheese inside the each pav and cook the pav until cheese is melt.
  6. Remove on a serving plate and serve hot
