Tasty oreo peanut butter paratha specially for kids

Ingredient                                          Quantity

Whole wheat flour                              4 cup

Peanut butter                                      1½ cup

Salt                                                      pinch

Oreo biscuits                                       10-12 no.

Ghee                                                    for cook

 

Method:

  1. Add the Oreo biscuits in a blender and coarsely crush them.
  2. Take a bowl adds flour, salt and knead a soft dough using water. Apply little oil.
  3. Divide the dough into equal parts.
  4. Now take two portions and roll the dough. Place one parantha on the work surface spread the peanut butter evenly.
  5. Spread the crushed cookies and then place the other roll parantha on it and sealed the edges.
  6. Heat the tawa and place the parantha on the tawa and cook it from both the until golden brown by applying little ghee. Remove from the tawa and make the rest similarly.
  7. Serve hot.
