Recipe Description

Healthy as well as delicious Methi Anda Bhurji

Ingredient                                                      Quantity

Egg                                                                  3 no

Methi\Fenugreek leaves                                  ½ bunch

Chopped green chilli                                        2-3 no.

Onion chopped                                                 1no. (Large)

Tomato chopped                                              1 no. (Medium)

Oil                                                                    1 tbsp

Salt                                                                   to taste

 

Method:

  1. In a pan heat oil and sauté chopped onion and chopped green chillies.
  2. Add salt and mix well.
  3. Once the onion turns translucent add chopped tomatoes.
  4. Cook it for few min and add roughly chopped Methi\Fenugreek leaves and sauté it for 1 min.
  5. Now break 3 fresh eggs and scramble it with the mixture.
  6. Once ready then remove it in a serving dish and serve hot with breads.
