Recipe Description

In these pinni maize flour replaces black gram flour.

Ingredients:-

  • Maize flour – 1 1/2 cups
  • Ghee – 3/4 cup
  • Slivered almonds – 1/2 cup
  • Semolina – 2 tbsp
  • Wheat flour – 2 tbsp
  • Sugar – 1/2 cup
  • Grated khoya – 1 cup

 

Method:- 

  1. Heat ghee in a non stick pan. Add almonds and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Add semolina, wheat flour and mix well. Add maize flour and sauté for 8-10 minutes till golden.
  3. Add sugar, khoya, mix and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve.
