Recipe Description

A tortilla rolled and filled with a seasoned mixture, usually containing mix vegetables paneer and covered with a sauce flavored with chili.

Ingredient                                               Quantity

Leftover roti                                             4 no

Paneer cut in small dices                        1 cup

Onion chopped                                        1 no

Capsicum Chopped                                 1 no

Red chilly flakes                                       1/2 tsp

oregano                                                    1/2 tsp

Chopped garlic                                          5-6 no

Olive oil                                                     1 Tbsp

Salt                                                            to taste

Masala oats                                               2 tbsp

For sauce

Olive oil                                                     1 tbsp

Tomato puree                                            3 cups

Garlic chopped                                          4-5 cloves

Sugar                                                         1 tsp

Red chilli flakes                                          1 tsp

Mozzarella cheese                                     3/4 cup

Salt                                                             to taste


  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add onions and sauté. Add garlic and green capsicum and cook till the onions are softened.
  2. Add, masla oats, paneer red chilli flakes and oregano and mix and cook till almost dry . Pre heat the oven at 200 degree
  3. To make the sauce sauté garlic in one tablespoon olive oil.
  4. Add pureed tomatoes, sugar, red chilli flakes, oregano and half the mozzarella cheese and cook till the mixture reaches a sauce consistency.
  5. Heat the tawa and reheat the roti and keep aside.
  6. Place a roti on the work top, spread some of the filling in the centre and top with paneer
  7. Roll the tortilla. Place it in a baking dish. Similarly make more rolls and place in the dish.
  8. Drizzle the tomato sauce over. And topped it with grate mozzarella cheese on top.
  9. Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake till the cheese melts. Once done remove from the oven and Serve hot.
