Recipe Description

Salad made with fried bitter gourd and mixed with vegetables.


  • Karela sliced and deep fried – 2 cpus
  • Onion cut into juliennes – 1 no
  • Tomato cut into juliennes – 1 no
  • Chopped Green Chillies – 2-3 no
  • Lemon juice – 1 no
  • Chopped coriander – 2 tbsp
  • Salt –  to taste
  • Pepper crushed –  1/2 tsp
  • Chat Masala – 1 tsp
  • Ice berg lettuce



  1. In a bowl add fried sliced karela, onion juliennes, tomato juliennes, chopped green chilli, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and mix well
  1. Add ice berg leaves, chaat masala and chopped coriander leaves and mix it gently.
  1. Remove in a serving bowl and serve.
