Salad made with fried bitter gourd and mixed with vegetables.
- Karela sliced and deep fried – 2 cpus
- Onion cut into juliennes – 1 no
- Tomato cut into juliennes – 1 no
- Chopped Green Chillies – 2-3 no
- Lemon juice – 1 no
- Chopped coriander – 2 tbsp
- Salt – to taste
- Pepper crushed – 1/2 tsp
- Chat Masala – 1 tsp
- Ice berg lettuce
- In a bowl add fried sliced karela, onion juliennes, tomato juliennes, chopped green chilli, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and mix well
- Add ice berg leaves, chaat masala and chopped coriander leaves and mix it gently.
- Remove in a serving bowl and serve.
