Jamun Mojito
Ingredients Quantity
Fresh Jamun deseeded ½ cups
Sugar 3 tbsp
Chaat Masala 1 tsp
Black salt ¼ tsp
Salt ¼ tsp
Lemon juice 2 no.
Ice cubes as required
Mint leaves 12-14 no.
Soda 200 ml
Method:
- In a blender jar, add deseeded fresh Jamun (keep some for garnish), sugar, chaat masala, black salt, salt and lemon juice and blend to a smooth puree.
- Take 2 glasses; Put some ice, Jamun puree, mint leaves and soda, mix well.
- Add leftover fresh Jamun on top and served.
