The perfect seasonal innovative summer cooler, using Indian black plums..
- Jamun juice – 3 cups
- Ice cubes – 15-20
- Lemons – 4 nos.
- Black salt – 2 tsp
- Salt – to taste
- Mint Sprigs – 15-20
- Soda – 200 ml
- Place 4 glasses on the work top.
- Cut each lemon into slices. Place slices of 1 lemon in each glass. Crush the slices with the help of a muddler.
- Add 1/2 tsp black salt in each glass and a little salt.
- Add mint sprigs and crush with the help of a muddler.
- 5Add 1 tbsp rose syrup in each glass. Pour pomegranate juice along with the ice in all the glasses.
- Top it with the soda and serve chilled.
