Recipe Description

The perfect seasonal innovative summer cooler, using Indian black plums..

Ingredients

  • Jamun juice – 3 cups
  • Ice cubes – 15-20
  • Lemons – 4 nos.
  • Black salt – 2 tsp
  • Salt – to taste
  • Mint Sprigs – 15-20
  • Soda – 200 ml

Method.

  1. Place 4 glasses on the work top.
  2. Cut each lemon into slices. Place slices of 1 lemon in each glass. Crush the slices with the help of a muddler.
  3. Add 1/2 tsp black salt in each glass and a little salt.
  4. Add mint sprigs and crush with the help of a muddler.
  5. 5Add 1 tbsp rose syrup in each glass. Pour pomegranate juice along with the ice in all the glasses.
  6. Top it with the soda and serve chilled.
