Recipe Description

Healthy options full of fiber from oats, dry fruits, jaggery and dry fruit. Good snacking when you are hungry and a great option for your kids tiffins, they get to eat healthy stuff

Ingredients

  • Jaggery shredded – 1 cup
  • Oats – 1cup
  • Cinnamon powder – 1 tsp
  • Chopped Almonds – 8-10
  • Chopped cashew nut – 8-10
  • Chopped Pistachio – 8-10
  • Cinnamon powder – 1 tsp
  • Chocolate Sauce – ¼ cup
  • Ghee – 1 tbsp

 

Method

  1. Heat Ghee in a pan add nuts and sauté it. Dry roast the oats and keep aside
  2. Add in the Jaggery and cook it of 2-3 mints or until the Jaggery melts completely. Add cinnamon powder and reduce the heat. Add in the chocolate sauce and mix
  3. Add in the roasted oats and dry fruits and mix well and cook for 2-3 mints
  4. Remove it into silicone moulds or you can pour it on a grease tray and spread evenly and cool it in the refrigerator for 20 mint
  5. Remove from the silicone mould and serve.
