Recipe Description

Full of rose flavour candied rose added to custard apple milkshake.


  • Candied rose petals (gulkand) – 1 tbsp
  • Pulp of custard apples (sitaphal) – 2 large
  • Milk – 1/2 litre
  • Rose syrup – 4 tbsp
  • Ice cubes – 12-15
  • Rose petals – for garnishing



  1. Blend together milk, custard apple pulp, candied rose petals and ice cubes.
  2. Pour into glasses. Drizzle rose syrup. Garnish with the rose petals and serve chilled.
