Ingredients:
- Green chilli – 100 gm
- Garlic – 20-25 no
- Coriander leaves – ¼ cup
- Cumin seeds – ½ tsp
- Oil- 3 to 4 tbsp
Method:
- Coarsely grind the green chillies, garlic, coriander leaves, and cumin seeds.
- Heat oil in a pan and add the ground green chilli mixture and cook it for 2 to 3 mins.
- Serve with chapatti, dal rice, or any mix veg bhaji.
