Recipe Description

Ingredients:

  • Green chilli – 100 gm
  • Garlic – 20-25 no
  • Coriander leaves – ¼ cup
  • Cumin seeds – ½ tsp
  • Oil- 3 to 4 tbsp

 

Method:

  1. Coarsely grind the green chillies, garlic, coriander leaves, and cumin seeds.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add the ground green chilli mixture and cook it for 2 to 3 mins.
  3. Serve with chapatti, dal rice, or any mix veg bhaji.
