Recipe Description

 

  • Refined flour – 175 gms
  • Baking soda – ½ tsp
  • Dry ginger powder – 1 tsp
  • Cinnamon powder – ¼ cup
  • Butter – ¼ cup
  • Brown sugar – 1/4  cup
  • Egg – 1/2 no
  • Honey – 2 tbsp
  • For Garnish:-
  • White chocolate – strands

 

METHOD

  1. Sieve together flour, baking soda, ginger powder and cinnamon powder.
  2. Mix it in a bowl.
  3. Add butter & mix until it looks like crumbs, later stir in the sugar to it.
  4. Lightly beat the egg and honey together.
  5. Mix well until it clubs together.
  6. Remove the dough in a flat surface and knead until smooth.
  7. Wrap it in a clean foil and rest it to chill in refrigerator for next 15 mins.
  8. Pre heat oven at 180 degree C.
  9. Roll out the dough flat rectangular shape and cut as desired shapes by cutter.
  10. Place it on a greased butter paper baking tray and bake it at 180 degree C for 15 mins.
  11. When golden brown in colour, remove and let it cool.
  12. Decorate it as desired and serve.
