Recipe Description

This is an innovative recipe as done in Pizza Hut but with some more creativity and it tastes delicious

 

Ingredient                                          Quantity

Buns                                                     2 no

Garlic chopped                                     1½ tbsp

Mixed herbs                                         1tsp

Chilli flakes                                          1 tbsp

Salt                                                       to taste

Cheese grated                                      1 cup

Olive oil                                                2 tbsp

 

Method:

  1. Cut the bun vertically, then horizontally and keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan; add garlic and sauté until golden brown. Remove the oil in a bowl and keep aside.
  3. Add the mixed herbs, chilli flakes, and salt to the oil and mix well.
  4. Place the buns onto the baking tray, fill the gaps of the buns with garlic oil and grated cheese.
  5. Place the tray in pre heated oven at 210 degree and bake for 2-3 mints or until cheese is melted.
  6. Remove from the oven sprinkle the remaining chilli flakes and mixed herbs and serve hot.
