Ingredient Quantity
Chocolate chip Biscuit 10-12 no.
Ghee 1 tbsp
Powder sugar ¼ Cup
Cardamom powder 1 tsp
Milk 2 tbsp
Cashew nuts chopped 2 tbsp + for garnish
Raisins 1 tbsp
Method:-
- In a bowl add crushed biscuits, ghee, sugar, cardamom powder, milk, cashew nuts and raisins, Mix everything together and knead the mixture like dough.
- Divide this dough in equal parts and roll each of them to smooth ball.
- Place the ladoo in serving plates, garnish with chop nuts and serve.
