Ingredient                              Quantity

Chocolate chip Biscuit            10-12 no.

Ghee                                        1 tbsp

Powder sugar                          ¼ Cup

Cardamom powder                 1 tsp

Milk                                         2 tbsp

Cashew nuts chopped             2 tbsp + for garnish

Raisins                                     1 tbsp

 

Method:-

  1. In a bowl add crushed biscuits, ghee, sugar, cardamom powder, milk, cashew nuts and raisins, Mix everything together and knead the mixture like dough.
  2. Divide this dough in equal parts and roll each of them to smooth ball.
  3. Place the ladoo in serving plates, garnish with chop nuts and serve.
