Recipe Description

Ingredients                             Quantity

Sweetcorn                                1 cup

Water                                        2 cups

Garlic chopped                         1 tsp

Ginger chopped                        1 tsp

Green chilli chopped                 2 nos

Carrot chopped                         2 Tbsp

Beans chopped                         3-4 nos

Cabbage chopped                    2-3 Tbsp

Salt                                            to taste

Seasoning powder                    1 tsp

Soya sauce                              1 tsp

Chilli sauce                               2 tsp

Vinegar                                     2 tsp

Corn starch                                3 tsp

Sugar                                        1 tsp

Spring onion chopped              1 Tbsp.

 

Method

In a pan add 2 cups water and keep it to boil.

In a blender add ½ cup sweetcorn and coarsely grind it. keep aside.

In the water add ginger, garlic, green chillies, carrot, beans, cabbage, salt , seasoning powder and mix well.

Add coarsely ground sweetcorn, add remaining sweetcorn and boil for 2-3 mins on a high flame.

Add soya sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar and mix well.

Take corn starch in a another bowl take cornstarch and while adding water make slurry., and keep aside.

Add sugar, slurry, spring onions and mix well.

Bring the soup to boil and add spring onions.

Mix well and transfer the soup in soup bowl.

Serve hot.
