Recipe Description

Chicken Keema recipe or Minced Chicken or Chicken Keema Gravy recipe with Aloo and Matar is the perfect recipe for your lunch and dinner to have with Rotis.

Ingredients
• Minced Chicken                             1 Cup
• Oil                                                   3 Tbsp
• Cumin seeds                                  1 tsp
• Garlic Chopped                              1 Tbsp
• Ginger Chopped                             1 Tbsp
• Green Chilli Chopped                     2- 3 No
• Onion chopped –                             2 No.
• Tomatoes Chopped                         2 Large
• salt to taste
• Coriander powder                            1Tbsp
• Red chilli powder                              1 tsp
• Tumeric powder                               1/ 4 tsp
• garma masala                                  1 tsp
• potato cubes                                    1 large
• green peas                                      1/2 Cup
• coriander Powder                            2 tbsp
• mint sprig to garnish

Method

1. In a heating pan, add oil, Cumin seeds, saute it.
2 Add Garlic Chopped, ginger chopped, Green chilies, and onions.
3. Saute for 4 to 5 minutes, until the onions are light brown.
4: Add tomatoes, salt and saute it more for 3 to 4 minutes.
5: Add coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, add half Garam masala and saute it.
6: Add potato cubes, and saute again for 3 to 4 minutes, until the potatoes get soft
7: Now, in a bowl take Minced chicken, add water and mix.
8 Add Minced chicken keema to the gravy and let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
9: Add green peas, coriander powder mix it well and let it cook for 3 minutes until the peas get soft.
10: Add remaining garam masala powder, mix it well.
11: Garnish with mint sprig and the chicken keema is ready to be served.
