INGREDIENTS:-
- Laadi Pav- 2 nos
- Hot n Sweet sauce – 2 tbsp
- Tomato sliced – 2 nos
- Onion sliced – 2 nos
- Cheese slice – 2 nos
- Garlic Butter – 2 tbsp
For Egg Bhurji:-
- Eggs 2 nos
- Onion 2 tbsp
- Tomato 2 tbsp
- Green Chili 1 tbsp
- Cumin Powder 1 tsp
- Red chili Powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
- Salt To taste
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Crushed Black Pepper -1 tsp
For Garlic Butter:-
- Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Parsley chopped 1 tsp
METHOD
For Egg Bhurji:-
1. In a pan heat oil and add curry leaves, onion, chillies to it.
2. Keep sauteing for a while, add tomatoes to it and cook.
3. Break Eggs in a bowl whisk it and add to the pan, keep cooking.
4. Add all the spices and adjust seasoning to taste.
For Pav Sliders:-
1. Drizzle pav with Hot n Sweet sauce followed by onion and tomato slice.
2. Top it up with egg bhurji and cheese slice, Brush with Garlic Butter & bake for 5 mins at 180 degree C
3. Remove and serve Hot.
