Recipe Description

 

How to effectively use left over Indian bread (Chapati) for kids at home and create a great pizza in a jiffy.

Ingredient                                           Quantity

Leftover chapatti                                 4nos

Onion sliced                                         ½ cup

Assorted Bell pepper juliennes           ½ cup

Corn blanched                                      ¾ cup

Chilli flakes                                          ½ tsp

Black pepper crushed                         ½ teaspoon

Pizza sauce                                        1 cup

Mixed dry herbs                                   to sprinkle

Olive oil                                                1 tbsp

Mozzarella cheese                               1½ cup

Olives                                                   4-5 No.

 

Method:

  1. Heat the chapatti from both the side and remove.
  2. Now spread the pizza sauce, then place onion, corn, bell pepper, cheese, olives, mixed herbs, chili flakes, salt and pepper.
  3. Drizzle olive oil and Cook on low flame.
  4. Cut into slices and serve hot.
