Leftover chapatti 4nos
Onion sliced ½ cup
Assorted Bell pepper juliennes ½ cup
Corn blanched ¾ cup
Chilli flakes ½ tsp
Black pepper crushed ½ teaspoon
Pizza sauce 1 cup
Mixed dry herbs to sprinkle
Olive oil 1 tbsp
Mozzarella cheese 1½ cup
Olives 4-5 No.
- Heat the chapatti from both the side and remove.
- Now spread the pizza sauce, then place onion, corn, bell pepper, cheese, olives, mixed herbs, chili flakes, salt and pepper.
- Drizzle olive oil and Cook on low flame.
- Cut into slices and serve hot.
