Recipe Description
Desi Chinese Hakka Noodles with a twist as done in households of some families
Ingredients
- Oil- 2-3 tbsp
- Ginger chopped – 1 tbsp
- Garlic Chopped -1 tbsp
- Green chilli chopped- 3 no
- Onion sliced -1 small
- Carrot Juliennes – 1 small
- Boiled kala chana – 1 cup
- Cabbage Shredded- 1 cup
- Capsicum Juliennes – 1
- Salt to taste
- Soya sauce – 11/2 tbsp
- Red chilli paste – 4 tbsp
- Black pepper powder – ½ tsp
- Vinegar – 1 tbsp
- Noodles – 3 cups
- Spring onion Chopped – 2 tbsp
Method:-
- Heat oil in a pan add ginger, garlic, green chilli and sauté.
- Add sliced onion and carrot and sauté for sometime.
- Now add boiled chana cabbage, capsicum salt and stir well
- Add soya sauce, red chilli paste, black pepper powder, vinegar, and mix well.
- Now add boiled noodles and tossed. Lastly add Spring onion chopped and mix.
- Remove it in a serving bowl and serve hot.
