Recipe Description

Ingredient                         Quantity

Cabbage                           1 no. (Small)

Vinegar                             2 tbsp

Sugar                               1 tbsp

Salt                                   to taste

Carom seeds                    ½ tsp

Green chilies chopped     2-3 no.

Red chili powder              ½ tsp

Turmeric powder              ½ tsp

Gram flour (besan)          1 cup

Oil for                               deep frying

 

Method:

  1. Cut the cabbage to thinly shredded. Put them in mixing bowl.
  2. Add vinegar, sugar, salt, carom seeds, green chili chopped, red chili powder, turmeric powder, mix well and keep it aside for 10 min.
  3. Add besan, mix well.
  4. Add little water and mix well.
