Recipe Description
Ingredient Quantity
Cabbage 1 no. (Small)
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Carom seeds ½ tsp
Green chilies chopped 2-3 no.
Red chili powder ½ tsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Gram flour (besan) 1 cup
Oil for deep frying
Method:
- Cut the cabbage to thinly shredded. Put them in mixing bowl.
- Add vinegar, sugar, salt, carom seeds, green chili chopped, red chili powder, turmeric powder, mix well and keep it aside for 10 min.
- Add besan, mix well.
- Add little water and mix well.
