Recipe Description

When you are dieting you cannot miss this amazing salad, tasty and full of vital nutrients, makes your diet regime interesting

Ingredients

  • Boiled beetroot dices – 1
  • Corn Blanched – ½ cup
  • Avocado diced – ½ no
  • Olives black halves – 8-10
  • Feta Cheese – for garnish
  • Parsley Chopped – 2tbsp

Dressing

  • Honey – 1tbsp
  • Mustard Powder- ½ tsp
  • Salt – to taste
  • Pepper – to taste
  • Parsley Chopped – 1 tsp
  • Lemon Juice – ½ no

 

Method

  1. In a bowl add in the honey, mustard powder, salt and pepper, parsley chopped , lemon juice and mix well and keep aside
  2. Now marinate the beetroot, corn and avocado with salt pepper and chopped parsley prepared dressing in a separate bowl
  3. Now take two glass, place the beetroot equally then , add in the corn, topped it up with avocado
  4. Then place the black olives halves garnish it with crumbled feta cheese and chopped parsley and serve
