Recipe Description

Sweet Apple jalebi is a delicious twist to the traditional indian dessert Jalebi.

 Ingredients:-

  • Apple Jalebi
  • ¼ cup Milk
  • ½ cup Refined flour
  • ¼ cup corn flour
  • ½ teaspoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Baking soda
  • ½ cup sugar syrup
  • ¼ cup khus syrup
  • For deep frying oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped almonds
  • 2 Red Apples

 

Method:-

  1. In a bowl add refined flour, milk, corn flour, baking powder, baking soda and make a thick better and keep aside. Mix sugar syrup and khus syrup together and keep aside.
  2. Now the slice the apple and decore them with the decorer or a cutter.
  3. Heat oil for deep frying
  4. Dip the apple slices in the prepared batter and deep fry until crisp and golden brown.
  5. Dipped the jalebi in the sugar syrup and let it soaked.
  6. Remove it on a serving plate garnish it with chopped almonds .
  7. Serve hot.
