Recipe Description

Aandhali Koshimbir, a perfect side recipe which is healthy as well as tasty.

Ingredients:

  • Onion slices – 1 cup
  • Tomato slices – 1 cup
  • Green chilli chopped – 2- 3 nos
  • Coriander chopped – ¼ cup
  • Salt – to taste

 

Method :

  1. In a bowl add onions, tomatoes, green chillies, coriander, and mix it nicely.
  2. Add salt to taste and serve with any gravies of your choise.
