This Sabrini Aloo Tikki Sandiwch made from Amritsari Tikki is a perfect lunch tiffin for your children and your office tiffins, make quickly and tastes yummy
Ingredient Quantity
Foot long Bread 1 no.
Cheese slice 4 no.
Amritsari tikki 4 no.
Lettuce 1 cup
Tomato slice 1 no.
Onion slice 1 no.
Mayonnaise 2tbsp
Bell pepper juliennes ½ cup
Oil for shallow fry
Date chutney 2 tbsp
Green chutney 2tbsp
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan, once oil is hot deep fry the Amritsari tikki until golden brown. Remove on an absorbent paper and keep aside.
- Take a foot long bread, Cut into half.
- Spread the mayonnaise, date chutney, green chutney, then place the lettuce leaves, slice onion, salt and pepper, sliced tomato, bell pepper juliennes.
- Cut the tikki into half and place it on the bread. Now fold the cheese slice and place
- Close the bread and serve immediately.
