Ajwain Aur Kalonji Ki Nimki is a Savoury Snack Most common in north india during diwali or any other festival. It can be made and Stored for later also. Ajwain & kalonji add different taste to Nimki (Namkin)
- Refined Flour 2 cups
- Kalonji 1 tsp
- Ajwain 1 tsp
- Salt 1 ½ tsp
- Butter 2 Tbsp
- Water as required
- Clove 10-15 No
How to make Ajwain & Kallonji ki Nimki (METHOD):
- Take maida in a bowl. Add kalonji seeds , ajwain, salt and butter in the bowl. Mix well. Add enough water and knead hard dough.
- Divide the dough into equal puri sized dough. Make small puri, add some butter and fold it into a triangle. Stick a clove in the middle of the triangle nimki. Make triangle nimkis with rest of the dough.
- Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Deep fry the triangles in hot oil on low heat till golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper. Serve hot.
