Summers are here and we all love a nice refreshing summer drink. Here is an amazing Khus and mint Lassi.

Ingredients

• Yogurt 1 ½ cup

• Khus syrup ½ cup

• Ice as required

• Mint leaves 10-12

• Water as required

• Lemon juice 1

• Salt and pepper as required

Method 1. Add all the ingredients and blend well

2. Add salt and pepper and blend

3. Take serving glass and drizzle some khus syrup on to the sides

4. Pour the lassi on to the glass

5. Garnish with mint leaves and serve.
